People of Amgen: What Makes Being an MSL Rewarding for Kim Chan

Kim Chan is a “straight up” scientist. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she pursued a PhD in Chemistry, but wanted to be able to help patients. And so, Kim decided to take on the role of a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Amgen Canada, a rewarding opportunity to serve as a scientific peer and resource within the medical community.

Kim’s role as an MSL gives her a unique perspective on patients. One that motivates and drives her to serve them in her job at Amgen each day.

Watch this video to learn more about what makes being an MSL rewarding for Kim.
