Q: How will I know that my request has been received?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to the requestor when the application is received.

Q: If I complete the application correctly and provide all applicable documentation, can I assume that my donation request will be approved?
A: No, please do not assume that a request will be approved. When a decision is finalized, Amgen Canada will communicate approval or denial of the request. Verbal approvals by Amgen employees are not authorized. NOTE: Amgen's support of a program should be acknowledged only if an Amgen Agreement has been fully executed with Amgen Canada and your organization.

Q: What is the expected turnaround time for disposition of the donation request?
A: Please allow at least ninety (90) days for review and processing of the request.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of donation requests an organization can submit?
A: No, there are no restrictions on the number of requests that can be submitted.

Q: The event occurred last week, can I still submit a donation request?
A: No, Amgen cannot fund requests for expenses already incurred by the recipient (i.e. programs must be funded prospectively).

Q: How do we acknowledge Amgen Canada's support?
