2care is a service organization for patients that use Aranesp or Neulasta, for physicians that prescribe these products and for nurses that are involved in these prescriptions. The 2care nurses are specialized in injection instructions for patients in order to facilitate self-injection and in administration of injections. Besides this, 2care ensures you can start the treatment as soon as possible.

Injection service at home for Aranesp® and Neulasta®
Your patients regularly visit the hospital. A large part of those patients prefer to keep the frequency of hospital visits as low as possible. This is partly solved by injecting the medication at your patients home or by teaching them to self-inject. To facilitate this, 2care offers the injection service at your patients home. Within this injection service, the 2care nurse contacts your patient to discuss the possibilities for an injection-instruction or home injections. This offers your patients more freedom.
Home delivery of Aranesp® en Neulasta®
2care delivers the medication to your patients home and saves your patient the visit to the local pharmacy. This home delivery service is performed using cooled transportation and the number of injections delivered to the patient is limited to two* per delivery. All prescriptions (including refill prescriptions) are handled by 2care.

Administrative support
In order to arrange reimbursement of the medication with the health insurer of your patient, most health insurers use authorisation forms. The administrative procedures for applying for authorisation or sending in the correct authorisation form, can be time consuming. 2care helps you with administrative support.
