Supply Chain Operations in Canada is ultimately responsible for the safe and consistent supply of products from our global manufacturing sites through to our patients. Functionally this includes new product launch operations, long-range forecasting, distribution network replenishment, logistics, customer care, supply analytics, wholesaler trade relations and business continuity. By focusing on integrating these activities and maintaining strong cross-functional ties with local and global stakeholder groups, Supply Chain Operations has been successful in ensuring product supply to Every Patient Every Time.
In addition Supply Chain Operations was also responsible for design, construction and delivery of our new Canadian head office in late 2007. In our Canadian headquarters we have leveraged where possible LEEDS certified materials and focused our design on maximizing the use of natural light and open interactive spaces for our staff.
